kimannebbI'm speaking about Once Upon A Time: The Miller's Daughter The good was enjoying seeing Rose McGowen, I thought she did really well as duplicating the mannerisms of Barbara Hershey as Cora. I actually liked learning more about Cora, of the fact that Cora and Rumple almost bumped nasties. That Rumple went after Regina just 'cause of being rejected by her mom.
The bad? W.T.F. is the matter with Snow? Starting with last week when she chose to give up the dagger to save Johanna. Everyone but Snow knew that Johanna was going to die but she gave up the freakin' dagger, just ugh. And now, now she's murdered - as she said, you can't take that back. It's just, she was a good person, and while good people make bad decisions, setting up Cora to be killed is beyond the line. And while she regrets it, regretted it almost immediately, it doesn't change the fact that Cora is dead because of what she did.
Just. I'm disappointed they went this route, and it was basically telegraphed two episodes ago. I just hope they have something good planned, but sadly it seems it will be Regina all pissed off over the death of her Mom (let's just not remember that Cora killed Snow's Mom, Johanna and whoever else we may have forgotten). I'm still hoping :)
Grimm: Face Off Duuuuude, this was an awesome episode, Monroe was awesome. Just so fantastic. :-) His phone call was the best "you are at the precinct, right?" LOL. While the plot of the Captain joining forces with the Grimm is not surprising, it makes me very happy. :)
There is nothing in this episode that was not good, I'm so excited as this was the best episode of the series yet, in my opinion. Maybe it was that I have missed it, or that it was mainly about the overall arch with the royals and Grimms and key.
So how is Nick going to break the curse? He drank the stuff, does he have to kiss Juliet and the Juliet kiss the Captian, or does he have to kiss both? And can I vote for that option? *ggg*
Have off today, the hubby and I are seeing a local play. I went back to bed this morning, watched some tv, read some fic, now going to have lunch and continue watching. A nice day. :)
ETA: I think I'm being too harsh on OUAT, this was the best episode this year. And perhaps I'm a little disappointed that Snow went so dark, I just thought a little dark would be good but this is something that will change her. Kind of liked her for the image of good. *g*
