Not as surprising as it should have been

Had a nice night last night, we took the kids out after dinner for a walk/bike riding. LM#2 is too short to peddle anything so he sat in a wagon, but LM#1 ride his bike (with training wheels). I had to run after him. I ran, I never run, it's not the best sight plus, ugh, not good at it. But they seemed to have a good time.
Bedtime came around and LM#2 was adamant that he wasn't sleeping. I gave in and gave him too many chances with getting out of bed. That's my fault. The air conditioning is on and his room has little air flow so if I shut the door it would have been so warm in there. He finally just stayed. He woke at 12:30, stating he wasn't tired, didn't want to sleep. He got out of bed twice, I put him back, told him one more time and I was shutting the door. He got out again, so I shut and locked the door. Felt like shit. Proceeded to be hysterical. LM#2 only carried on for a few minutes and then was quiet. He called out about 20 minutes after I closed the door but nothing else.
He woke at 5:45, but I refused to let him get up. He went to the potty and i put him back in bed and told him to be quiet and lay there and rest until i come back for him. Didn't go as smoothly as it should have. I got him up officially at about 6:10. Mr KA tells me I shouldn't get so upset, that it feeds into LM#2 as well. And I suppose it does. Tonight there are no chances with getting out. He gets out once, which he will, and I shut the door. Not sure what I will do when he wakes in the middle of the night but I'll figure it out then.
Sadly, it's caused me to be really down today. The dark skies and rain aren't helping, plus I'm feeling exhausted. I'm hoping to arrange a work at home day on Friday, it's not scheduled but we get out at 2:00 and I only have one teleconference. If I can work from home, I will go back to bed once the boys leave. Here's hoping for a little extra sleep.

Pretty Little Liars: S4, E12: Now You See Me, Now You Don't So last night was a big reveal in that "A" is Ezra, and while I'm sure most of the viewing public were shocked and appalled. Mr. KA and I were like, yeah ok. The writers laid the ground work with the Halloween episode on the train. He was there too quickly, he was acting all aggitated and while he explained it, it left a big enough impression that this was not shocking.
The biggest thing for me now is to explain it. Give me his motivation, why is he so obsessed with Ally. Why is he going along with the charade. He put his girlfriend in a box and threatened to dump her off a moving train. He arranged to have her parent's marriage broken up, to hurt her Mom. All the while professing his love for Aria and sleeping with her. I need motivation.
Aria thinks that "A" is board shorts, the older guy Aly was seeing. Perhaps he is, perhaps Aly was pregnant and she ran away and had the baby and now he wants it. Malcolm isn't his so ... he's not having much luck in the way of children. Above all else, make the motivation plausible.
In another note, Toby? Has got to man up, I can't stand the storyline of his mother. No one cares. It was ridiculous of him to have no one know, it made no sense to keep it secret. Caleb continues to be awesome, sadly I know he is moving to Ravenswood, so he won't be around much for Hannah (which sucks).
Teen Wolf: S3, E2: Chaos Rising So I got my answer on if Alison knows what her Mom was doing, and that is a resounding "no". Not going to be pretty and obviously Scott has to tell her know. (With her being out of town for four months it makes sense that it never came up. I'm not convinced that Chris Argent knows either, not sure if she shared why she was really at the club.)
And look at everyone working together, although, Derek, really? Does he have to push off the girls's concern, I know he's mad at Alision and maybe he doesn't trust her, but geez. At least listen to the evidence. That's the one thing about his character that has not improved much. He needs to stop and listen and take into account other people's opinions. Hmm and I suppose he did stop and listen to Scott outside the bank, but ultimately he was going in.
And Cora? There's another sister?? Oh boy. There was a lot of this that I loved: Peter helping and himjust hanging with Stiles, Derek's sense of humor that peaks through now and again, how no one questions the presense of Stiles (the human).
And is Erica really dead? Was that her in the storage closet? Hard to tell if it was her or Heather (Stiles's friend), they both had long blonde hair. From reading fic I got the impression she is alive, but fic can not be trusted.
This Alpha Pack is just bad news. So it's not as though they go around and collect Alphas, they want to be the only Alphas? I'm guessing since they wanted Derek and Scott dead (not that Scott is an Alpha yet, I say yet because I figure that is coming). And the guidance counselor is working with the Alphas Pack? That... does not seem to make sense as she was with Deaton last season. Is she there undercover?
I like their new loft/apartment/hangout spot. Much better than the abandoned train place.
